She has been interested in nutrition as long as she can remember; constantly seeking out books, articles, and guidance from field experts to expand her knowledge base. Moorea thrives on seeing her clients find balance and happiness in their relationships with food. She firmly believes that everyone should be able to enjoy meals with family and friends without stress.

"As I grew older and got a desk job I had gained some weight over the years, stress, lack of proper diet, workouts not properly focused for my goals and age etc.. Over the course of the past 2 and a half years Moorea has changed my entire life, I no longer have high blood pressure, I have lost over 50 pounds, my workouts are streamlined and more geared toward my goals and age, my stress levels are way down, I sleep better and longer than I have in years, my body image and self confidence have sky rocketed, my diet and my Family's diet have completely changed, I have a better outlook on life, I cherish the small things, sunlight on my face or a rivers water running over my barefeet etc.. I have a 6 year old and I turned 50 last April, my outlook on life has changed so much since teaming up with Moorea it's hard to quantify in words, it's more than just the 50 pounds I've lost, the better nights of sleep, the clean diet we now eat etc...
