One-on-One Coaching
Work directly with an M2 Nutrition Coach, who will get to know you, your goals, and your lifestyle, giving you the most accountability and support to help you reach your health, performance and/or body composition goals.
This Plan Includes
- Dedicated coach to follow weekly progress and provide feedback about what and when you’re eating
- Multiple check-ins per week with your coach
- Onboarding questionnaire to assist us in developing your personalized nutrition plan
- Personalized caloric and macro nutritional daily goals
- Health and performance-based supplement recommendations
- Recommendations for pre- and post-workout best practices
- Results-based changes to ensure your plan aligns with your goals and training

How are the check-ins performed?
We typically perform our check-ins via text message, WhatsApp or email.
How do you measure progress?
We believe that in isolation the scale provides an inaccurate picture of progress, and prefer to base progress off of real life indications such as progress pictures, how your clothes fit, how you’re feeling in and out of the gym, sleep quality, recovery, and so much more.
How will I be paired with my coach?
The owner of M2, Mike Molloy, personally reviews each new clients’ answers from our detailed intake form, and pairs each client with the coach he best sees fit to partner with you to achieve your goals.
Do you work with vegetarians/vegans/pescitarians/etc?
Absolutely! Our clients come from all over the world. We accommodate all dietary preferences, restrictions and sensitivities.
