M2 Coach
Mike Molloy, Founder
With an extensive education in multiple disciplines, I’ve developed a knowledge of how to use nutrition and lifestyle adjustments to maximize health, longevity and human performance.
I’ve always had a natural interest in learning how to cultivate health and performance, both for myself and for others. Over the course of my career, I've studied cellular biology, biochemistry, immunology and of course nutrition. My career path has given me a unique perspective on how nutrition and other lifestyle changes can be used to maximize basically any goal that you may have.
I've worked with more than 40 Crossfit Games athletes, Olympians and NFL football players. However, the most rewarding experiences of my job have nothing to do with elite performance, but instead with helping people heal. They may need to heal their physical body, their emotional relationship with food, or just heal a broken relationship with themselves.
Calling what we do "nutrition" coaching doesn't really do it justice. I hope you'll come experience it for yourself, because I truly believe we are doing something special here and would love for you to be a part of it.
Client Testimonials
Kris Smith
"M2 is more than nutrition coaching, it’s life coaching. I cannot thank them enough for essentially saving my life. I now do very well in the gym. More importantly, I have plenty of energy to play with my kids and be successful at home and work."

"I have changed a lot, the way I eat, exercise, move and sleep and the best thing is that it genuinely hasn’t felt like hard work. I don’t feel like I have given anything up, just adjusted a lot of small things. The totality of it is a new happy, healthy Katie, who is strong and proud of herself."
Grace S.
"This really is far more than just macro counting, Mike really guides and teaches you how to make nutrition a positive part of your life and how to adjust when life gives you inevitable ups and downs."

We've Gotta Stop Starving Our Athletes Part 1
I've wanted to write this post for the longest time. Life has been busy as hell, but with more and more people coming to me drastically under-eating, I've had enough (I'm fired up in case you can't tell)
