M2 Coach
Mike Molloy
As Founder of M2, and an extensive education in multiple disciplines, I’ve developed a knowledge of how to use nutrition and lifestyle adjustments to maximize health, longevity and human performance.

I’ve always had a natural interest in learning how to cultivate health and performance, both for myself and for others. Over the course of my career, I've studied cellular biology, biochemistry, immunology and of course nutrition. My career path has given me a unique perspective on how nutrition and other lifestyle changes can be used to maximize basically any goal that you may have.
I've worked with more than 40 Crossfit Games athletes, Olympians and NFL football players. However, the most rewarding experiences of my job have nothing to do with elite performance, but instead with helping people heal. They may need to heal their physical body, their emotional relationship with food, or just heal a broken relationship with themselves.
Calling what we do "nutrition" coaching doesn't really do it justice. I hope you'll come experience it for yourself, because I truly believe we are doing something special here and would love for you to be a part of it.

"M2 is more than nutrition coaching, it’s life coaching. I cannot thank them enough for essentially saving my life. I now do very well in the gym. More importantly, I have plenty of energy to play with my kids and be successful at home and work."

M2PN REVIEWS | Eight Sleep vs ChiliPad
How can we improve the quality of our sleep?? Of course, things like nutrition and stress reduction help, but one area to focus on is the sleep environment. For the body to fall into a nice, deep sleep, it needs to cool down about 2-3 degrees. You can, of course, use your home's thermostat to try and control this, but recently, a new approach involving active cooling mattress pads has become all the rage.
