I have been in the fitness industry for 7 years. Going from a member at a CrossFit gym, to employee to owner.
My journey has been a wild ride, to say the least. It has always been a struggle to take care of my own health and wellbeing. I would find myself bouncing around from fitness programs to nutrition programs, without any real sustainability, for years. I decided to commit myself, and hire a strength and conditioning coach 2 years ago, and dive deep into the competitive CrossFit world.
However, I was missing one key component. Nutrition. When I heard about M2, I researched the company and its athletes and I fell in love with their philosophy. When I connected with Kassandra, I knew right away, that I was dealing with someone who had a deep passion and knowledge for health. Kassandra’s ability to navigate my stressful life, and dig into the root causes of my short-comings was something I wasn’t expecting.
Kassandra, put the utmost priority not only into the nutritional aspect but into my recovery and stress levels. We started off slow, so she could understand my body and its reactions. The ability to have 3x a week check-ins was so important to me. We had tons of ups and downs, setbacks and achievements (both in body composition and performance) but she had my back the whole way. I am currently 10lb heavier, at roughly the same body fat %, and I hit over 10 PR’s in the 6 months I was with Kassandra.
