Above all this, my mental game is the biggest process. Ive learned that my performance and overall well being is so much more important than any number on the scale, and that food should be something that pushes you forward - not holding you back. Progress takes time; you need to be consistent and not all days are a walk in the park - But the reward of growing a powerful mind and body is all worth it.

Since I've started working with M2, I've learned that fueling your body with the right food and the right amount of food is a huge component for your overall well being. I've learned that eating what your body needs is so much more than any numbers on the scale.

  • My sleep has gone from 6-7 hours/night to 8-9 hours/night, without waking up several times per night.
  • My energy levels are on point and equal through the day, and my performance in the gym is better than ever!
  • I feel light, fast and strong at the same time - my gymnastics and conditioning has improved drastically, along with all my lifts increasing.
  • I now eat about 900 cals more than I did before I started working with Casey and my carbs have increase from 150G to 270G. Even though the scale doesn't show much difference, my sleep, energy, performance and aesthetics PROVES I’ve progressed.

Above all this, my mental game is the biggest process.
