After suffering a hip/ low back injury during training in August 2018, I found myself unable to sit, stand, or sleep comfortably. It took a few minutes of feeling sorry for myself, and angry about the interruption to my training before i realized i finally needed to focus on what I COULD DO to become a healthier, happier human.
I decided to make nutrition my primary focus for what was really the first time in my life. Sure I had tried templates and one-on-one coaching in the past in hopes of periodizing my nutrition like a Renaissance man, but those efforts had not impacted my skills and abilities to really change my nutrition in a real way at all. I will also tell you, that the people you love in your life will see your leadership by example, and follow you because you will now know how to teach them to walk a similar path.
