What is Sleep Hygiene?

This is a routine, or set of habits you create for yourself to help ensure you get the most out of your time in bed each night.

Most people we work with are so focused on what they're doing in the gym, or in the kitchen that they overlook the most basic habit they need to establish, a healthy sleep routine.

Research shows that sleep can impact not only our overall health and well being, but also our athletic performance, body composition, and productivity at work.

We've found that when our clients put focus on their sleep hygiene they see improvements in other areas of their lives. Hello to feeling leaner and preforming better!
