M2 | Summer Smoothie

The summer smoothie macro moment we've all been waiting for!

Ingredients

  • 2 medium bananas (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup (fresh or frozen) blueberries
  • 1 cup (fresh or frozen) strawberries
  • 2 cups (fresh or frozen) mangoes
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 1/3 cups of Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups of water
  • 5-6 servings of protein powder of your choice (We used a Vanilla Chai)

Directions

  1. Add almond milk, water and protein of choice to blender
  2. Quickly blend ingredients (if worried about clumping)
  3. Add yogurt, fruit, and any add-ons
  4. Blend until desired texture achieved

Tips & Optional Add-On(s)

  • Substitutes: Mix & Match with your fruit of choice or what you have on-hand!
  • For extra fat: Add 1-2 tbsp of your choice of nut butter
  • For extra protein: Add unflavored collagen
