Ingredients
- 3-4 Avocados
- 1 Medium Red Onion
- 1-2 Jalapeños
- 3-4 Tomatoes
- 3-4 Limes
- Salt & Garlic Salt
- 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
- Tortilla Chips
Directions
Step 1: Make the Pico
- Dice + Combine the Onion, Jalapeño, Tomatoes, and Minced Garlic
- Squeeze Fresh Lime Juice on ingredients
- Add Salt & Garlic Salt/Powder
- Mix together with spoon
- Test out with a chip & make adjustments based on your taste preferences!
Step 2: Add Avocado to the Pico Party
- Cut avocado long ways + Cube Avo w/ Knife (keep skin on)
- Use spoon to scoop out the 'CADO into bowl + Combine with Pico
- DILIGENTLY try small samples with your chip choice and make any edits you feel are needed at this point. (Will likely be mostly lime & salt edits)
Tips
- Ingredient quantities are estimates only - modify to your taste and based on what’s available!
- Best to store leftovers in a glass container that is AIRTIGHT. (If your guac is browning, add a layer of plastic wrap or aluminum foil to remove air pockets)
- Keep extra avocado to expand the guac later!

- If you want to calculate macros, measure all your ingredients as you put them into your food diary recipe and divide total recipe by amount of servings.
- If estimating macros, a common serving size is 50-100g of avocado + the juice of a lime.
