Pumpkin Berry Protein Muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ (50G) Momentous Protein Powder
  • ½ Cup Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
  • 1 ¾-2 cups C Raw Steel Cut Oats
  • ½ Cup Raw Blueberries
  • ¾ Cup Canned Pumpkin
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1.5 tbs maple syrup
  • ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 tsp ginger powder

Directions

  1. Mix Dry Ingredients (Oats, protein powder, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, & blueberries)
  2. Mix Wet ingredients (Greek Yogurt, pumpkin, applesauce, egg whites, syrup, & vanilla)
  3. Add Wet Ingredients to Dry ingredients and mix until combined
  4. Fill lined muffin pan evenly
  5. Bake at 375 for 25-30min or until a toothpick comes out clean
