Pumpkin Berry Protein Muffins
Ingredients
2 ½ (50G) Momentous Protein Powder
½ Cup Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
1 ¾-2 cups C Raw Steel Cut Oats
½ Cup Raw Blueberries
¾ Cup Canned Pumpkin
2 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1.5 tbs maple syrup
½ cup unsweetened applesauce
2 egg whites
1 tsp ginger powder
Directions
Mix Dry Ingredients (Oats, protein powder, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, & blueberries)
Mix Wet ingredients (Greek Yogurt, pumpkin, applesauce, egg whites, syrup, & vanilla)
Add Wet Ingredients to Dry ingredients and mix until combined
Fill lined muffin pan evenly
Bake at 375 for 25-30min or until a toothpick comes out clean
