Ingredients
- 24oz Pork Butt (1.5 lb.) Raw
- 2 cups Reduced Sugar Ketchup
- 2 tbsp Yellow or Brown Mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- ½ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 4 tsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp each chili powder, salt, pepper
- 1/2 cup Beef Broth
- 1/2 cup Yellow Onion
- 1 tbs salt pepper and garlic
Directions
- Add Pork Butt to crock pot set to low
- Cover with beef, broth, onion, and 1 tbs salt pepper and garlic
- Allow to cook 6-12 hours until it begins to shred
- Mix Remaining ingredients to prepare BBQ sauce in a separate bowl
- Add Half of the BBQ sauce to the pork halfway through cooking
- Mix The remaining BBQ sauce in with the shredded pork once completely cooked
