Better than your Mama's Pulled Pork Recipe (and macro friendly too!)

M2 Recipes | Pulled Pork and BBQ Sauce

Ingredients

  • 24oz Pork Butt (1.5 lb.) Raw
  • 2 cups Reduced Sugar Ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Yellow or Brown Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • ½ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 4 tsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp each chili powder, salt, pepper
  • 1/2 cup Beef Broth
  • 1/2 cup Yellow Onion
  • 1 tbs salt pepper and garlic

Directions

  1. Add Pork Butt to crock pot set to low
  2. Cover with beef, broth, onion, and 1 tbs salt pepper and garlic
  3. Allow to cook 6-12 hours until it begins to shred
  4. Mix Remaining ingredients to prepare BBQ sauce in a separate bowl
  5. Add Half of the BBQ sauce to the pork halfway through cooking
  6. Mix The remaining BBQ sauce in with the shredded pork once completely cooked
