M2 RECIPES | Meatballs

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 oz. (1/2 lb.) Raw Ground Turkey
  • 8 oz. (1/2 lb.) Raw Ground Beef (90/10)
  • 1 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ cup Raw Yellow Onion - diced
  • ½ cup Raw Bell Peppers - diced
  • 3 oz. Shredded Carrots
  • 1 cup Frozen Spinach - chopped
  • 2 tbs each Garlic Powder, Salt, and Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Chop onion and peppers as finely as possible
  3. Add shredded carrots and thawed chopped spinach to diced veggies
  4. Add RAW turkey, beef, egg, and parmesan cheese to the veggie mixture
  5. Season with salt pepper and garlic powder
  6. Mix by hand until everything is combined
  7. Use an ice cream scoop to form balls. If you don’t have one roll into evenly sized portions (about 12)
  8. Bake in oven at 350 for 30-40 min. or until brown
