INGREDIENTS
- 8 oz. (1/2 lb.) Raw Ground Turkey
- 8 oz. (1/2 lb.) Raw Ground Beef (90/10)
- 1 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Egg
- ½ cup Raw Yellow Onion - diced
- ½ cup Raw Bell Peppers - diced
- 3 oz. Shredded Carrots
- 1 cup Frozen Spinach - chopped
- 2 tbs each Garlic Powder, Salt, and Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.
- Chop onion and peppers as finely as possible
- Add shredded carrots and thawed chopped spinach to diced veggies
- Add RAW turkey, beef, egg, and parmesan cheese to the veggie mixture
- Season with salt pepper and garlic powder
- Mix by hand until everything is combined
- Use an ice cream scoop to form balls. If you don’t have one roll into evenly sized portions (about 12)
- Bake in oven at 350 for 30-40 min. or until brown
