We've got an "egg-cellent" muffin recipe that is macro-friendly and perfect for breakfast on the go!

M2 RECIPES | Egg Muffins

INGREDIENTS

  • 12 oz. Liquid Egg Whites
  • 12 slices of Canadian Bacon
  • 12 oz. Diced Peppers
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. Line the muffin pan with one slice of ham in each opening
  2. Dice peppers and onions. Add to a large bowl
  3. Pour liquid egg whites into the bowl over the veggies
  4. Add cheese to the bowl and mix
  5. Pour mixture evenly into each muffin tin opening
  6. Bake at 350 for 15-20 Min
