INGREDIENTS
- 12 oz. Liquid Egg Whites
- 12 slices of Canadian Bacon
- 12 oz. Diced Peppers
- 1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Salt & Pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Line the muffin pan with one slice of ham in each opening
- Dice peppers and onions. Add to a large bowl
- Pour liquid egg whites into the bowl over the veggies
- Add cheese to the bowl and mix
- Pour mixture evenly into each muffin tin opening
- Bake at 350 for 15-20 Min
