You can butter anyone up with this easy Butternut Squash recipe!

M2 Recipes | Butternut Bisque

When the weather is cold, it’s just a nice feeling to curl up with a comforting bowl of soup. It doesn’t hurt when the macros leave room for a slice of toast to scoop out all the butter squash goodness from the bottom of the bowl!

Ingredients

  • 800G Raw Butternut Squash
  • 425G Raw Green Apple
  • 150G Raw Yellow Onion
  • 4 Cups Vegetable Broth
  • 1 Tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp pepper

Directions

  1. Chop all Fruits and Veggies
  2. Add Broth to Crockpot or a stock pot on stovetop on simmer
  3. Add all chopped veggies fruits and spice
  4. Simmer 3-4 hours or until everything is softened
  5. Using an immersion blender or standard blender puree until smooth
