Ingredients
- 800G Raw Butternut Squash
- 425G Raw Green Apple
- 150G Raw Yellow Onion
- 4 Cups Vegetable Broth
- 1 Tsp Nutmeg
- 1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp pepper
Directions
- Chop all Fruits and Veggies
- Add Broth to Crockpot or a stock pot on stovetop on simmer
- Add all chopped veggies fruits and spice
- Simmer 3-4 hours or until everything is softened
- Using an immersion blender or standard blender puree until smooth
