A Simple All Day Goodness All Day Hash recipe!

Coach Casey Mendrala has been cooking up some macro friendly recipes for our clients and we are excited to share this one here! Typically a breakfast staple, this All Day Hash is delicious any time of day!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. (8oz) Raw Ground Pork Sausage
  • 200G Raw Sweet Potato
  • 200G Raw Red Apple
  • 8oz Raw Shaved Brussel Sprouts
  • 4oz Kale Raw

Directions

  1. Brown sausage in a skillet pan, reserving fat in the pan
  2. Chop sweet potato and apple
  3. Microwave (steam) sweet potato to slightly soften (2-4 Min)
  4. Add Brussel sprouts, kale, sweet potato, and apple to pork fat and sauté approx. 5 min or until kale and Brussel sprouts are tender
  5. Remove from heat and add sausage back to the pan

Notes

  • Top with an egg, or egg whites to add more protein
