Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. (8oz) Raw Ground Pork Sausage
- 200G Raw Sweet Potato
- 200G Raw Red Apple
- 8oz Raw Shaved Brussel Sprouts
- 4oz Kale Raw
Directions
- Brown sausage in a skillet pan, reserving fat in the pan
- Chop sweet potato and apple
- Microwave (steam) sweet potato to slightly soften (2-4 Min)
- Add Brussel sprouts, kale, sweet potato, and apple to pork fat and sauté approx. 5 min or until kale and Brussel sprouts are tender
- Remove from heat and add sausage back to the pan
Notes
- Top with an egg, or egg whites to add more protein
