M2 was founded to help people reach their health and fitness potential. We noticed far too many men and women seeking better nutrition were being underfed, leading to adverse consequences including hormonal issues, poor athletic performance and depression. It became our mission to teach people how to appropriately fuel their bodies based on their activity and personal goals.
Our Approach
The protocols and techniques we use are always backed by scientific research. We believe tracking macros produces the best results in most people, but long term success requires additional approaches. As such, we offer a program which goes beyond simple macros to help clients build the skills necessary to fuel their lives. We believe lifestyle, stress and sleep are as important as nutrition for performing at your best.
