I have seen a substantial increase in my energy levels throughout the day and have been able to increase my sleep duration. I also feel like my sleep quality has improved as I have been waking up less frequently throughout the night.
I have been feeling great in the gym and feel more energized during workouts. I have a competition in two weeks, and have been training harder to prepare for that. Even with the increase in training volume, I have definitely noticed that I’ve felt less sore than normal, and an improvement in my recovery.
All in all, I feel really good!
