Since I started working with M2, I’ve pr-ed my front squat, snatch, clean, squat clean thruster, and generally feel better and better everyday. And I know that’s a reflection of finally fueling my body to allow it to perform.

It's been a little over two months since I've started working with M2 and MY GOD, I am worlds away from the person I used to be! My goals have changed (for the better), my confidence has never been this high, my performance improves just about every day, and I'm even doing better in school! I’ve been following a new training program, but was struggling to see results. Then, I switched to M2 and have been seeing huge improvements in the form of PRs!! Words cannot express how thankful I am to have been introduced to Mike Molloy. I have been working with him for over 2 years now and he has completely changed my life. Mike is not only an exceptionally smart nutritionist, but also an incredible human being. When I started working with Mike I struggled with under-eating, minor injuries (due to under-eating), poor understanding of nutrition, and also body image issues. Let’s just say, I’ve drastically improved! Over the first six months working with Mike, I went from a 1,800 calorie diet to a 2,800 calorie diet, with no weight fluctuation. This has done tremendous things for my training, energy level, strength, and overall health. Along the way, Mike has helped me better understand my nutrition and always explains to me the reasons for changes. Also, all of his expertise and support has helped me to grow away from my body image issues - a problem that I have struggled with my entire life. He is understanding, supportive, and empathetic. And has also become a very dear friend of mine. He is THE BEST.

I met Mike just before the 2017 CrossFit Games, at the Reebok Training Grounds. I instantly knew I made a new friend, but had no idea he would become my coach.
Fast forward to the games, Mike was there WITH his athletes in the warm-up area and any area he could get into to make sure his athletes were mentally and physically fueled not just for the next event, but for the course of the weekend. Of course I chit chatted with him a bit over that weekend about whatever was relevant at the time, but found myself questioning why I hadn’t received this kind of personal touch from my own coach that I had for almost 2 years prior to this. Heading into the most important competition of my life at that point, I had to talk to my coach first before getting any feedback or guidance.
I decided at the games I would head in a different direction with my nutrition, and it was a no brainer to go with M2 Performance Nutrition. Since making the switch, I’ve made HUGE PRs not only in my lifts, but in benchmark workouts from the previous year and even gymnastics endurance, which is damn near impossible in the “off” season. Mike doesn’t just send me a set of numbers and ask me about what I ate that day (even though we’ve bounced some great holiday meat and cookie feast ideas back and forth). He checks in on my personal life, my sleep, relationships, work etc., because he understands that these things are the cornerstones to the pyramid we’re building. I feel strong, fueled, and confident. I know that I will be that much more prepared this season with M2 in my corner.

From the initial consultation with Mike, I could tell that I was in good hands. We discussed and made changes not only to the amount of food I was eating, but drastically changed many lifestyle factors. Over the course of a year, he drove into my head that sleep and recovery were as important as training and nutrition. It's this "big picture" outlook that sets Mike apart. You are more than a number to him. He truly is committed to your individual success and will adapt your program to meet YOUR individual needs. He's taught me many things about fueling my body for performance and always has an answer to the many, many questions I come up with. I'm grateful to have found Mike and look forward to many more years on the M2 Performance Nutrition Team.

I have found sometimes you meet people and in a short time, you wonder how you got so lucky to be friends with someone who has been such an immediate positive influence in your life. That's how I felt about Mike. After the initial conversation I knew this was going to be something good. The questions Mike asked were not just about my nutrition, it was a total outlook into my life, my goals, everything. I was quite shocked really, I hadn't had one person thus far in my CrossFit career ask me these things.
Everyday I get a text, literally EVERYDAY. It's mainly about my Macro's from the day before.. but Mike also seems to have superhuman powers and know if I've had a bad day or something is troubling me. He cares, he allows me to talk to him, and letting me just talk about everything has made me feel better 99% of the time. The point of that is Mike has lots of work, clients, life things, but he makes YOU a priority too.
My body & performance also love Mike. He has made me love carbs even more than I did before, he also realizes that I am human and if I want a cinnamon roll that I can eat it, and won't leave me feeling guilty at all. Thru his guidance I have seen HUGE changes, with my body which in turn makes my overall day to day life and performance the best it has been. I love veggies, so that makes Mike happy, but he certainly lets me know when I need to get in check, like when I eat not enough... But he always does it in a way where you simple say "I got it Mike, today will be perfect" and most always it is. He does everything with the best of intention.
I strongly believe Mike is the best out there, for anyone. From a competitive athlete, to a super mom, to a working husband who wants to be able to live a healthier lifestyle. ANYONE. His passion sets him apart, and I couldn't be more thankful to be on his team.

I've been working with Mike for about 2 and 1/2 years now and it has honestly been life changing. He has not only changed the way I eat but also the way I think. He has been there for me through making it to the games to cutting weight for Olympic Weightlifitng from every day stresses. He has always been super attentive and makes me feel so loved because he does not just make sure that I am well taken care of food wise but also mentally. He has changed the way I think about my body and what I put in it and how everything works in it. He is more then a nutritionist, he is a genuine person who cares deeply for each person he works with and makes an effort to change their life. I can faithfully say that he has changed my life and taught me more about myself then I could have ever imagined.

I have been working with Mike for almost two years, and I can honestly say that he is one of the most influential people in not only my athletic life but my personal life as well. He has changed everything from the way I think about food to how I see myself. He has allowed me to love both food and myself, and taught me how to use food as a way to improve performance. It's not always easy being a performance athlete, as so often aesthetics are on my mind. Mike has helped me find a healthy balance between looking good and feeling good. Mike has been with me through my high school proms and my first nights as a college student, there is literally no question i'd feel uncomfortable asking him. I first came to Mike in order to cut some weight for an Olympic Weightlifting competition. I expected to be given a list of what to eat/when to eat it and to never speak to him again. Instead I was introduced to a person who would help me to earn national medals, PR my workouts, and gain a sense of confidence in myself I never even knew existed.

Before I met Mike, I was a fast food junkie and a doughnut addict training and competing at the highest level. Needless to say, my performance and my body composition took a hit from those choices.
I started working with Mike right after the 2016 CrossFit Games after my team had won our second affiliate cup. At the time I didn’t think my performance could be improved by nutrition, but I did feel that I didn’t “look” the way I thought I should for the countless hours I put into my training. I was motivated initially to get nutrition help based on body image, but I regret not working with Mike years earlier after I noticed the drastic changes in my performance and recovery. I could feel the changes in training almost immediately. My body wasn’t nearly as destroyed the day after a hard training session and I was able to come back the following days and hit it just as hard. The improvement in my recovery led to less injuries and more consistent training. For the first time in years I was actually PR’ing lifts again; I had previously completely given up on ever seeing my strength numbers increase.
After working with Mike for a year, I am still a doughnut addict, but thankfully he is there to talk me off the sugar ledge everyday. I’ve never had someone more supportive in my CrossFit career and life than Mike. We communicate daily, not only about my macros, but my performance, my sleep, my energy levels, and literally anything going on in my life. He has become one of my best friends along the way. I am now a completely different athlete in every positive way possible.
